18-1/4 oz. pkg. marble cake mix 32-oz. container ricotta cheese 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. sugar 1 T. vanilla extract 1 c. milk 3.4-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13"x9" baking pan; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Carefully pour mixture over cake batter; do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
Cool cake completely in pan. In a bowl, whisk together milk and dry pudding mix; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate until serving time. Serves 12.
