2 lbs. raw peanuts in shells 1/2 c. hot pepper sauce 1 c. salt 12 c. water 3-oz. pkg. crab boil seasoning mix
Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high setting for 18 hours, or until
peanuts are soft. Drain and serve. Makes about 2 pounds.
