2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen cauliflower, thawed 1-1/4 c. smoked ham, chopped 10-3/4 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup 1/4 c. milk 2/3 c. biscuit baking mix 2 T. butter, softened 2 T. shredded Cheddar cheese
Arrange cauliflower in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with ham. Mix soup and milk until smooth; pour over ham. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
