20-oz. jar applesauce 21-oz. can cherry pie filling 20-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained 15-oz. can apricot halves, drained and cut into quarters 15-oz. can sliced pears, drained and cut into bite-size pieces 15-oz. can sliced peaches, drained and cut into bite-size pieces 1-1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed 1 T. cinnamon Optional: 1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry
Spread applesauce in an ungreased 13"x9" glass baking pan. Top with pie filling. Layer remaining fruits over pie filling; set aside. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle over fruit mixture. Drizzle with sherry, if using. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for one hour, until hot and bubbly. Serve warm. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
