25-oz. pkg. frozen ravioli 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. milk
Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a pie pan; set aside. Whisk egg and milk together; set aside. Dip ravioli in egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Sauté in a skillet until golden, adding one tablespoon olive oil if necessary; drain. Serves 4.
