2 21-oz. cans apple pie filling 1 t. apple pie spice or cinnamon 1/2 t. nutmeg 1/2 t. allspice 18-1/4 oz. pkg. butter pecan cake mix 3/4 c. butter, thinly sliced 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Spread pie filling in a buttered 13"x9" baking pan. Combine spices in a cup; sprinkle over pie filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over all. Arrange butter slices all over the surface; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, until bubbly and golden on top. Cut into squares; serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
