1 head cabbage, finely chopped 2 red and/or green peppers, finely chopped 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 T. celery seed 3/4 t. mustard seed 1-1/2 t. salt
In a large bowl, mix together cabbage and peppers. In a separate bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate both bowls until serving time. To serve, pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss to mix completely. Serves 8 to 12.
