Melt chocolate in a double boiler over hot water. Add condensed milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs and one cup nuts; mix well. Butter an 8"x8" baking pan and sprinkle half the remaining nuts in the bottom. Spread chocolate mixture in pan, using a knife that has been dipped in hot water. Press remaining nuts into top. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Cut into squares. Makes 16 to 20 pieces.
