1 T. butter, softened 2 slices sandwich bread 3/4 c. shredded fontina, Muenster or Cheddar cheese 2 slices deli roast beef
Spread butter over one side of each bread slice. Place one bread slice on a heated waffle iron, butter-side down. Top with cheese, roast beef and second bread slice, butter-side up. Close waffle iron; cook for about 2 minutes, until golden. Makes 1 sandwich.
