3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. white vinegar 2 pkgs. Oriental ramen noodles with seasoning packets 1 head cabbage, shredded 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 c. sliced almonds, toasted 1 c. roasted sunflower seeds
Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets from noodles in a bowl and mix well; cover and refrigerate overnight. Crush noodles in a large bowl; add cabbage, green onions, almonds and sunflower seeds. Pour oil mixture over top and toss gently. Serves 10 to 12.
