1-1/2 lbs. beef round steak, cut into serving-size pieces 2 T. all-purpose flour 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 c. celery, chopped 1 carrot, peeled and chopped 1 onion, sliced 15-oz. can tomato sauce
Place steak in a slow cooker; set aside. Combine flour, salt and pepper;
sprinkle over meat. Mix well. Add vegetables; pour tomato sauce over
all. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
