2 c. apple cider 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. apple jelly 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. ground cloves 1/4 t. nutmeg
In a one-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine cider and sugars. Cook over low heat without stirring until sugars dissolve. Stir in apple jelly and spices. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer and stir until jelly melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Reheat until warm if refrigerated. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
