2 c. catsup 1 c. water 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. molasses 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. sugar 1 T. yellow mustard 1 t. dry mustard 1 t. onion powder 1 t. chili powder 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk all ingredients together. Cook until mixture starts to bubble and thickens slightly. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days. Makes 4 cups.
Serving tip: Brush this versatile sauce over the meat of your choice while grilling or broiling.
